Nowadays an
unhealthy lifestyle is a problem that is affecting old or young
people around the world. We could see how the children (young people)
are fat and how their lives are watching Television or playing
videogames.
Some of the
causes of this problem is
- Food: Grocery Stores, fast food are wherever we go and this is not the problem. The problem is prepared food and fast food is so cheap and fast to obtein. Nowadays the lifestyle is so quickly so people don´t have time to cook or make healthy food.
- Work: this is the main problem for all people, because the majority of people work eight hours per day and around a half of their life. So this creates stress on the people and the stress makes humans be without peace, the people who need everything in the second and they take care of it around their life.

reduces the time that one could live”
Another
cause is “time” people around the world don´t have time to make
exercise or have free time because they are worried about family,
job, bills, making have money and forgetting about their health.
These
causes a big effect like health problem, stress, increase in life,
humans values are being lost.
These
factors have a solution or the opportunity to change for example.
- Take a day off (free day) like sunday and prepare the food for the rest of week.
- Take vacations and go to places, where they have peace and find their souls. This is a good exercise to escape the routine.
- Thinking positively: If you change your mind and start to believe in your dreams and your health the body and mind start to follow what you want.
In
conclusion, the unhealthly lifestyle is something that we choose and
it is easy to chage if we wantmaking exercises, love ourselves and
take time.
